Sherry Yavari | Property Management Accounting

Sherry Yavari is the Property Management Accountant for Main Street Property Services, Inc. and is responsible for the efficient operation and detailed financial reporting of properties managed by the company.  Ms. Yavari leverages her thirty years of accounting and eight years of lease administration experience to provide detailed and concise reporting of the financial condition of the client’s assets.

Ms. Yavari provides monthly reports to clients, reviews and administers leasing contracts, facilitates client audits, computes annual budgets, and calculates Common Area Maintenance reconciliations. To ensure the best possible service to her clients, Ms. Yavari and the Property Management Team work closely together in a hands-on environment.

Ms. Yavari has developed quality practices used in day to day property management operations. Clients appreciate the thoroughness and integrity that she requires of herself and each member of the Main Street Property Services Management Team.

Ms. Yavari has become an integral part of Main Street Property Services and continuously showcases her experience through superior organizational and managerial skills.  Ms. Yavari received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Tehran in Iran.
